RUN FOR THE MAN YOU WANT TO BE AT 80.

A RUN CLUB FOR MEN IN MIDLIFE • SYDNEY AND EVERYWHERE

Miles over Minutes is a friendly run club for men finding their fitness again. We care about showing up and staying strong for decades. Your pace is welcome here.

ABOUT THE CLUB

COME AS YOU ARE. WE’LL RUN BESIDE YOU.

Maybe you ran at school, represented your country or played footy in your twenties. Maybe you have never run at all. Then life filled up with work, family and a hundred other things, and your own health slipped down the list.

That's where most of us started. Miles over Minutes is a place to come back to yourself, with men who understand where you are.

We run together in Sydney and connect with members around the world through Strava. We cheer the first 2 km as loudly as the first marathon. We ask how your week was. We wait at the corner.

The name says what we value. The miles you put in over months and years matter far more than the minutes on your watch today.

EVERY PACE

Walk breaks are normal. Someone will always run at your speed.

EVERY BODY

Carrying a few extra kilos, coming back from injury, starting late. You belong here.

If you can hold a conversation, you're running it right. Most of our best chats happen at the back.

Strong at 80

WE’RE TRAINING FOR OUR EIGHTIES.

WHY WE RUN

The goal is a long, capable life. Carrying the shopping, getting off the floor, keeping up with the grandkids, walking the coastal track with your mates.

Regular, steady running builds that future one easy kilometre at a time. Consistency does the heavy lifting, and it's easier when you have company.
